Updated per meeting discussion. (Will continue to update as things progress.)

sweet! although we're no longer using vf:displayName, instead we're using skos:prefLabel and skos:note for all the things.

@ahdinosaur oh, I thought we were doing that for everything but agents. But I get the need to standardize in terms of showing graphs (at least theoretically, no practice yet). I'll change it and start an issue if I feel the need.

OK, I think I can use this same pull request, I added a commit.
