PATCH to build Android version 64-bit versions

If you apply the following changes to ant/Application.mk.template & 
ant/build.gant, gant android (in the ant subdirectory) will build the x86_64 
and AMD-64 binaries as well:

Sorry, I meant ARM-64 as well as x86_64 version.
