This is only core since 4.6 and we are using 4.3 so it must be done as an ubiquitous extension.

To implement it we need this extensio https://registry.khronos.org/OpenGL/extensions/EXT/EXT_texture_filter_anisotropic.txt

The engine does not use textures anymore so no needed
