When you start the game then the version is display in top-right corner. v0.6.7 
is the current version. Since you have a beta version, then (Android)Market is 
likely not to detect the stable v0.6.7., so you will have to download it of the 
project downloads page.

There is no release plan any version. Depends how much time Oskar has to code, 
and he is currently away due to holidays.

Not a bug.
