Would it be possible to put in a battery bar in the game?

This is a forum question, but the answer is likely "yes". However the chances 
of it happening would I say are slim to none.
Why? because screen size is limited and if your phone battery is low then your 
phone would, or should, warn you in some way.

Do you mean a bar that shows how much battery you have left on your physical 
device or did you mean "battery" as something that relates to an in-game 
resource?

A bar that shows you the current status of your battery in the physical device 
will not be implemented in Andor's Trail, since it's not something that the 
game should care about. If you want to see such information, I would suggest 
you disable the fullscreen option, thus showing your OS status bar, where you 
can display the battery status.
