Feature Request - Prim Rebuild #223

Just a thought, but would I was thinking it would be cool to add a quest that 
had you collect certain items and bring them back to the shopkeeps in Prim to 
help "rebuild Prim".  Example would be to bring a certain amount of iron swords 
and blackwater daggers back to the armorer to sell.  this would unlock some 
better weapons that you can then buy from her instead of the 4 very low grade 
items currently available.  Like I said just a thought.
