pypi version 1.1.0 has older code than this repo (also version 1.1.0) #1

First off, thank you for this library, it's handy!

I'm using the version on pypi, which is tagged as version 1.1.0. The version in setup.py also reads 1.1.0 but it looks like there's functionality (e.g. load_plugin and get_parameters_of) that exists on the github master branch that's not in the pypi 1.1.0 version.
