add cli option to preprocess.pl to name the template-dir and cache-dir (override reading from config file)
- template-dir - where the templates live - $template-dir/templates
- cache-dir - wheree the pre and post processed files live - $cache-dir/{pre,post}
- - if not defined then same dir as templates - $template-dir{pre,post}
