micro lite & micro express support added #3

Hi,

as already said, this update supports the "small" motus. I've made a lot of tests (midi-controller and midi-soundfiles, also in loopback configuration) without any problems still now. Tested with Slackware 14.2 and 4.4.14 Kernel.

I think the 128 must still working, but it is untested. The express XT is not supported for the moment. I dont have accces to this devices.

I've tested it for a bit, seems stable, the only problem is that when using raw midi with JACK and Reaper the timing is way off, and when using seq midi, the timing is good but it's high latency, so I'm using the ALSA graph for low latency MIDI monitoring. for my use case it is fine, we'll see what other people have to say.

I'll keep testing it and then I'll make some news posts to let people know these new interfaces are supported
