Launch the CloudManager service when the phone boots. This way the central 
service that other OpenMobster apps rely on is available and does not require a 
manual start of the CloudManager App

Launching the app at boot up time will annoy the user. If they don't see the 
running icon they can launch the CloudManager App. They will be reminded that 
CloudManager app is not running when they try to use their Apps anyways
