Customize feel
Adjusts speed of animations.
[ ] "Instant Mode" has no animations, emphasizes efficiency.
[ ] "Smooth Mode" means silky animations that are comfortable at 650ms or so.
[ ] "SciFi Mode" means cool animations plus glows and extra particles zooming around!
