Added a special event section to guide people to the page on it.
Switched "VanBUG Seminar" info to the upcoming event so people check-in the site are aware it's coming up (even if the information is incomplete).
If people would prefer to keep the Karin info up longer that's fine with me, but I'd like to see something drawing attention to the special event on the home page.
