Added Education to listing (Will include when I introduce the speakers). I only included their most recent degree, would you include them all?

I would use just the one unless a) they tend to list more (e.g. often notice this with PhD MDs), or b) the abbreviated versions may not be obviously be a degree - but that's not applicable here since you didn't use abbreviations.
