There should be an iteration count on the Run Atoms so that you can run the atom, molecules, etc multiple times through GUI interface. - Kathy

I see this was requested in a 7/21 email. I'll add it.

Clicking Run Atom Sequence in Iteration triggers a dialog box that appears briefly on the screen, then disappears before any interaction can occur. The atom does not run.

Clicking Run Molecule Sequence in Iteration triggers a dialog box that appears briefly on the screen, then disappears before any interaction can occur. The molecule does not run.

I clicked on the Run Molecule link and when the harness disappared, the molecule started and all of the OPBM Iteration Count windows appeared. The window needs to stay on top of the OPBM harness.

kathy-smith commented 12 years ago

When you click on the Iterartions Count link, it needs to be application modal. (The box needs to stay on top of the harness and only one instance of the box should be allowed to exist at any one time.

The Iteration count does work, if I move the harness window. I was able to run the Java molecule 4 times. I ran the Opera V8 molecule successfully with an iteration count of 2. A vertical scroll bar appeared in the results viewer, even though it was not necessary.

Ran 2 iterations of Opera Google V8 atom, worked Ran Opera Google V8 atom through the Run Atom Sequence, worked Clicked on Run Atom Sequence in Iteration and the window disappeared behind the OPBM GUI, behaving exatcly as last night with multiple instance of the iteration window generated for each click

The current workaround makes the OPBM harness window disappear while the iteration count dialog is open and makes the harness reappear after the dialog is dismissed.

This solution is not appropriate for release, but is adequate for the 10.31.2011 deliverables.

Moving to 11.21.2011 interim date.
