prefix result XML files containing failures with "FAIL" #122

Results sets that fail need to be called out by prefixing the results XML file with the word "fail" (e.g. "FAIL_results_2011...").

This issue is fixed. I tested a failing condition and the XML results file was appropriately labeled. I then tested a passing condition and the XML results file was appropriately labeled.
