Check file path length upon OPBM startup #128

At startup, check the file path length to ensure that there are no problems with file path length.

If the OPBM file path is very long (> ~170 characters), display a messagebox informing the user that the file path is too long and to move OPBM to a shorter file path.

Fix tested and in place. Update to opbm.java constructor
