Sequence of Operations "up", down" buttons do not work properly. Top operation get stuck and items appear and disappear.

Window locked up for about 10 seconds after saving molecule and backing out. When I reentered the edit molecule window, no atoms were showing up, nor were any operations visible.

"Warning! Choose raw file" appeared after exiting and reopening OPBM.
