Some screen items not linked #40

There are some main menu items which are not linked to code underneath. They were created as placeholders and do not function when clicked, such as all of the Options items.

Workaround: None. If clicked, they just won’t do anything.

Fixed in 8/26/2011 drop. All prior dead screen items were removed, replaced with only working ones.

Note: These which now exist will be augmented over the coming weeks as new abilities / features are introduced to the harness, such as the ability in the developer window to queue a series of items to run, and then to run the queue, along with toggles for some of the new user settings.
