OPBM will not display the Results Viewer if the program was launched from the command line, which is the case in an official run because of the -restart option.
This logic will need to be changed to address the initial state of the request, such as "Was the Official Run launched from opbm.jar -official or from user interaction," and then respond to that condition rather than the command-line test alone.
This bug has not presented itself previously because we've never had multi-boot runs which set the "from command line" condition following user interaction.
Fixed.
Note: Items like the pounds sign are introduced into the output text so it can be more easily scraped by an external application monitoring the process's STDOUT. GitHub's Issue Tracker uses it similarly, for example, to identify the issue numbers, such as #5 or #7 showing up as hyperlinks in this paragraph.
The pounds signs have been removed from OPBM, however, per your request.
Verifed.
The Result Viewer never opened after an Official Run. The command prompt window shows "Pass #3 of #3, Uninstall Safari".
Also, the "#"s are not necessary.
