Office 2010 document recovery task pane needs to be dismissed #88

An OPBM initialization check needs to be made to dismiss the Microsoft Office 2010 document recovery task pane for each Office application along with the associated dialog or scripts may fail under this condition.

The dialog appears when an attempt to close the application is made when the recovery dialog has not been addressed.

Encountered this issue again after PowerPoint failure.
