Hi @dzaccook, the latest push of HybridCheck has updated the website and the user manual.

If you check out: https://ben-ward.science/HybridCheck/ now you'll see basic instructions for installing. And now the manual is included in HybridCheck itself. In the R console if you do vignette("HybridCheck-manual"), it should display the user manual to you.

Hopefully this is much easier for users who want to access the docs now!
