:package: create a conda-forge package #6

Since this library relies on Julia. Might be smart to create a conda-forge package to simplify the install process.

b075e7d adds a conda installer via micromamba

Now that this repo is public, a conda package should be uploaded to conda-forge. If you would like to help with this feel free to take up this issue.
