Negative pore fluid densities #54

The Rhea default model exhibits negative pore fluid densities in the range of 75-100 km radius. This is unphysical and definitely a bug.

Thanks to H. Cao (UCLA) for pointing out the issue.

The issue was caused by GSW's extrapolation, which produces erroneous values beyond about 350 K. Fixed by c661fcf. The issue only affected Seawater.
