Database panics mail AJV #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do something not so nice with SQL
2. E-mail is sent to admin@aussieveedubbers.com

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

E-mail should be sent to the board administrator. 

Enhancement - make it optional (add a new option to the board CP)

See mysql5php5.class.php line 142 - that needs to change.
