Guidelines help establish standardized practices for a consistent repo. This aids in lowering the cognitive load as a result of visual complexity. The added changes to the readme define standardization procedures for notebook naming and content.

EXP 9 A biface made by Mike McBride (who reproduces ancient stone tools) from Edwards Chert with copper tools. The bag above contains microdebitage that Mike produced while making the biface.
