Create package for functionality for distribution #63
The structure of data that is coming from the particle analyzer is ubiquitous and classifying different particle types using this analyzer will be interesting across several domains.
The functions used in this exploration are widely applicable to different applications and can be made into a distributable package (e.g., via CRAN)
