On adding a record to your project, this module is working as it should. But if you attempt to edit a record e.g. in a longitudinal event where it is actually the first time you are adding a record to the particular instrument (technically this is editing in REDCap), then this module is not working at all :-(

I have checked to make sure that my instrument is not a repeatable instrument and it isn't.

Version of REDCap I'm using is REDCap 13.5.1 · PHP 8.1.18 (Linux/Unix OS) · MySQL 5.7.12

This feedback is very much appreciated! Unfortunately this module has not had a support budget in years. We may have to wait until a person or team comes along that is able to help a support it again.
