merged and added a note to the readme about stable/master (like ofxCv).

i feel like it might be good to move some of these important repos either into the OF core, or formally move their ownership over to academic maintainers (like SAIC or CMU) at some point. i took this repo over from todd just to get it slightly more up to date, but i'm not using it very often.

@kylemcdonald thanks. For the moment I'll refrain from volunteering as I'm still trying to get my own addons bonanza under control -- but I might be up for taking it on sometime soon. I'm using it in a class this semester, so I'll have a better sense of where its strengths and weaknesses are.

Now that continuous integration coming online for addons, theoretically it will be easier to keep up with some of this stuff.
