Suggested edits before sharing with Kechen

I was able to get everything to run -- nice!

Some minor edits before sharing:

• [x] Let’s exclude files that aren’t necessary but make the data big (ntt, mp4)
• [ ] Give example commands to do stuff. So for instance, instead of saying “use getAHV_TC” say, “to show AHV tuning curves for this session, do tc = getAHV_TC([], sd)”; see the function help for options other than the defaults ([])
• [x] If you write a .m filename, like getAHV_TC.m, that suggests it’s a script rather than a function. Better to write getAHV_TC() to indicate it’s a function. Same for other functions lower down the doc.
• [x] Same for plotAHVscatter(sd)
• [x] Maybe note that the options work differently here (varargin instead of cfg) and apologize 🙂
• [x] getPupil_TC() errored for session M247-2022-01-14_2 because file names didn’t match. Updated function to be more robust to exact filenames.
• [ ] Use [blank] function at the end -- update

So I take it that this kind of language --> "Set 'doPlot'=1 to plot each TC. The default setting will smooth the data. One parameter that you may want to change is minOCC. This value determines the minimum number of samples (each 5 ms) needed in a given AHV bin to include that data. minOcc of 100 requires only 0.5 s of occupancy to include those values. I usually set this to 200 to include at least 1 s of data. But one may want to set it higher." is extraneous for the readme file and should be moved to the commented out function help?
