Kathy said that we can estimate a scaling coefficient by plotting both the eye and AHV traces and seeing at what value they overlap so that EYE = 0.9 AHV. I did this by desaccading the data and having a manually plot and choose a coefficient step that iterates until the user is satisfied with the overlap. Kathy says she uses +-100ms for desaccading. Kathy says to use velocities below 35 deg / sec for this step.
