Write code to manually identify horizontal and vertical eye axes. For the purpose of (1) re-centering the axes (when needed) and to get pupil position into units of eye width. May have to use deeplabcut for the first item if I need those points at every time step. #6
I think this needs to be done for each frame, and therefore would definitely be a deeplabcut project.
