Compute zero-lag amplitude xcorr across frequencies (=square root of the cross-spectrum; MATLAB cpsd) #3

Wondering if we can get a fast way of computing lag/lead relationships by shifting signals before computing the cpsd? Could test by seeing how cpsd changes when shifting signals. Note that cpsd has the usual parameters of a power spectrum, like window size.
