Travel Powers rank up

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Choosing any travel power
2.Trying to rak up them
3.close and open again to add rank 3 to them

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The issue happens when making a build, the travel powers advantage window must 
be closed and open agian to add the rank 3 becuase when you add the rank 2 you 
can't add more.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Hi Alex,

I can no longer reproduce the issue.  Did you refresh your browser cache (i.e. 
refresh the page so the modified javascript loads).
