planner broken #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.every time using the powerhouse
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?a working planner... only 
superstats and innate work

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Version: 
0.9.29 (2014-09-29) windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.

every time i try to create my own, or click the link to mess with someone elses 
build, Only the super stats and the innate is available...

talents, powers, etc when clicked on nothing happens

I don't have Windows 8 to test on.  What browser are you using?  Does it work 
in other browsers?  (Firefox/Chrome?)

i only use chrome

here's what happens when I try to add talents, and I don't even get that when I 
try to add a power

v4 is very old.  We are on v11 now.  What happens when you start a new build?

That link you are using is broken.  I'm not seeing the powers that should be 
there.

There was a month or so at one point where the builder was broken and any 
builds made during that period might not work.  It's possible that the link 
your are trying to open was from that time period.

Well that's unfortunate that google is sending you to a broken build.  You can 
just click the PowerHouse link in the upper left corner to reset the page or go 
to one of these:
