Common Sorcery powers don't count as being in set for other sorcery powersets.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select "Eldritch Bolts" from any Sorcery set.
2. Try to select another power from a different sorcery set that should grant 
if you have at least 1 sorcery power.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There are some powers in the sorcery powersets that cross.  Like "Eldritch 
Bolts"  If you take the power in one, it counts for the others too.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 0.9.9 (2012-06-25), accessed through Google Chrome 20.0.1132.57 m, run 
on Windows 7.
