Increase Test Coverage #1

A lot of the smaller functions have tests already. The two main classes however are missing some much needed tests.

Just putting https://github.com/vandie/webmention-handler/issues/7 here as evidence as to why this is so important. While the current gaps aren't massive. They are big enough to have let this breaking bug through.
