Thank you for pointing out. However, this is implemented on purpose as we allow users to leave the ITEM_NAME parameter blank in the case when he/she just wants to record the cost of an item, or is in a rush to key in the full name of their expense.

In such cases, users can simply delete their expense and add it back into the list when they want to input the ITEM_NAME parameter.
