[DG] Inconsistent number of components stated. #9

Figure 1 (Architecture diagram) shows 3 components.

However, this is inconsistent with the description slightly further down.

And after reading further, sections 3.2 to 3.7 seem to be describing six separate components.

So how many components does the app actually have?
