I noticed that we've been using the updated but temporarily named two functions: topoLoadData_separate.m and gridLoardDataUpward.m, which are stored in the "temp" folder. I'll move the two old functions to the "historical_code" folder and move these two functions from the "temp" folder to the "functions"->"loading" folder and check if the mainTrunk works properly.
