Little explanations for `ImportSchedule` and `exportSchedule` in UG #5

The features ImportSchedule and exportSchedule require more technical knowledge regarding filepath, json file, file extension etc as shown in UG

However users who are not familiar with these/non-computing university students may find it difficult to understand what is going on and may not use these features.

Thus a glossary could be included or more elaborations could be included to allow all users to understand and use these features.

Team's Response

Regarding json and file extension: The app is intended for university students, who nowadays require the knowledge of file extensions, and therefore, explaining more about the extensions is unnecessary regarding this. Regarding filepath: There is a link to get more information about the file paths given in the fourth bullet point.
