Missing zipcodes #15

I have a list of missing zipcodes:

Let me know how I can help update your zipcode database

If you enter "70132" on https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?citybyzipcode it says "You did not enter a valid ZIP Code™."

Edit: 20150 too. The rest look good.

I've got 93% coverage on 10'000 verified addresses. Save yourself the headache and avoid this library.
