I can not finish Sanity check due to Retransmitting DHCP message #46

Hi, Vanhoefm

I want to check my wifi security using your tool, but I can not finish Sanity check due to Retransmitting DHCP message. I used a notebook connect tested SSID and try to ping gateway. Icmp request was responded. Can you help me to analyze this issues?

Did you disable Wi-Fi in the network manager before starting the test tool? Next time include the command you used to start the test tool, that makes it easier to get an overview.

I'm also seeing the message wlx00c0caad8c11: Event BEACON_LOSS (53) received. Are you close to the AP you're testing? Finally, are you able to connect properly to the AP using Linux itself?

  1. Did you disable Wi-Fi in the network manager before starting the test tool? Ans: Before test, I used commed "airmon-ng check kill"
  2. Before using tool,
    1. sudo su
    2. source venv/bin/activate
    3. airmon-ng check kill
    4. ./fragattack.py wlx00c0caad8c11 ping
  3. my network cards: AWUS036ACM
  4. my environment is very clear, and AP is very closed to network cards I used the older software version of AP to test , the result will get "test successfully". I think this problem due to the improvement of the vendor. I just want to know what the improvement caused, so I ask for your advice to analyze this problem. You don't need to effort to this issue. I will close this issue first, and thank you very much to answer my problem.

By the way, I use network cards to connect the AP, it will be able to successful and get DHCP IP.
