Next song plays on double tapping Play/Pause from notification (Android 13) #1160

Description

On A13, double tapping the Play/Pause button causes the next track to play. This isn't the case for A12 and below. There it correctly play/pauses only.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Ensure Notification visibility is set to Always show (due to #1159).
  2. Play a song.
  3. Double tap on the Play/Pause button in the notification.
  4. Notice it switches to the next track.
