Vanilla opens when I disconnect bluetooth headphones after using my audiobook player.

The application opens itself when I turn off my bluetooth headphones. It doesn't matter whether the "External output only" or "Pause when unplugged" boxes are checked or not. I do not have the headphone detector plugin. ....
