Description
The list of indexed directories of the media library (included, excluded, neutral) gets reset from time to time.
Unfortunately I couldn't figure out a way to explicitly trigger this, it just happens roughly after a couple of weeks.
Also this is not related to app updates as far as I can tell.
Steps to reproduce the issue
define included, excluded, and neutral directories in the settings
wait for some random time
Vanilla Music resets the defined directory settings to the defaults and updates the library
