Ration timer is going into negatives and won't dispense #105

Describe the bug i go to get my ration and it's now counting up in the negatives Please wait -1065 seconds before taking your ration again.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to the ration dispenser and collect your first ration
  2. I pressed the ration again before it was due
  3. i get the notification that the ration is ready
  4. i hit the interact key but i do not receive my ration
  5. get notified "Please wait -x seconds before taking your ration again."

Expected behaviour After getting my first ration i expect to get the other one when it's ready
