Describe the bug
I was playing OTA when I decided to switch to civ, Later on I got re-educated by a CP for not listening. He hit me 3 times with his stun stick on the second mode, This did only 5 damage to me. A little bit later I got shot by an MP7 twice, this only did 2 damage to me. I got suspicious so I asked a CP to shoot me in the face with his pistol, this only did 5 damage to me and from what I know a headshot with a pistol should be around 20 to 25 if I'm not wrong.
To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Be a fully armoured OTA ( in my case I was a sentinel)
I also happened to click the armour recharge station, not sure if that matter but ill list it anyway
Change back to civilian
Expected behaviour
To change back to a civ with normal health
