Suit battery bug #111

Describe the bug Unsure if this affects other divisions than mace BUT using suit battery on full SPS changes the SPS value to 100

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go OTA
  2. Select Mace division
  3. Get Suit Battery from requisitions
  4. Use Suit Battery
  5. SPS goes from 130 to 100

Expected behaviour SPS wont go from 130 to 100

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here. Wanted to try the Suit Battery before switching to Civ

Ok following a test i conducted just now using a battery somehow locks the SPS value to 100

Fixed in 1.3.1
