Some contraband items not giving SCs #119

Describe the bug Gunpowder and Biolinks don't give SCs when confiscated

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Find some Gunpowder and biolinks
  2. Confiscate them

Expected behaviour It should reward u SCs

Well, it isn't really a bug, they were never added to the list.
