APC Unable to spawn when removed by moderators. #127

Describe the bug The APC is no longer able to be Recalled once a moderator deletes it. This is problematic as the whole terminal would have to be respawned by Lead Mod.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Have the APC Spawned.
  2. Delete the vehicle either by the remover tool or right-click remove.
  3. Profit.

Expected behaviour The APC is ment to be recalled whenever via the terminal, however once deleted the APC has yet to officially be recalled, and thus is unable to be spawned since the terminal still thinks that the APC is still spawned.

Screenshots None to show as I simply cannot show what is not there.

Schema version (press F1 in the bottom right): 1.3.1

Lua error No Lua error presents itself.

Additional context This was discovered due to having it removed upon it getting stuck within Sector Bs garage. If we could increase the timer for the garage that would be great, as how it currently stands it closes too quickly.
